Mattie J. Hobley President
We’d like to welcome back Mattie Hobley who is once again taking the role of President of the A.S.K. Billy Ray Hobley Foundation.
Mattie Johnson Hobley is Senior Director of Oncology Services at East Jefferson General Hospital. As Senior Director she oversees several departments including the Inpatient Oncology Unit, Outpatient Infusion Center, Cancer Registry, MD Anderson Administration, Radiation Therapy, PET Fusion, Clinical Research, Survivorship and various support groups.
Mattie Hobley is a graduate of Dillard University with a Bachelor Degree in Nursing. She received her Master’s in Health Service Administration from University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois and Masters in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, national honor society; Oncology Nursing Society; American Nurses Association; New Orleans District Nurses Association; Dillard University Professional Organization of Nurses; and member of the American Cancer Society Leadership Council. She is certified as a Nurse Executive and also certified by the state of Louisiana to perform Breast Examinations.
Mrs. Hobley is also very active in the community and was the first President/Executive Director of the Billy Ray Hobley Foundation, President of the Jonathan Bender Foundation, and member of several other community boards and committees.
Mrs. Hobley has received several awards in recognition of her expertise including East Jefferson General Hospital Team Member of the Month in 1988; Louisiana Great 100 Nurse in 1999; Named to Minority Success Guide, New Orleans City Business in 2005; American Cancer Society Spirit Award in 2005; and Named City Business Health Care Hero in 2012.
Mrs. Hobley is the widow of the late Billy Ray Hobley, 22 year veteran of the Harlem Globetrotters and she has two children, Raichell Monique Hobley and Billy Ray Hobley II.

Raichell M. Hobley Executive Director
Raichell M. Hobley was born April 9, 1984 in Metairie, Louisiana to Billy Ray and Mattie J. Hobley. Raichell spent all four years at De La Salle High School in New Orleans on Student Council, in 01’ she was class Representative and in 02’ Hobley was Senior class Vice-President. In 2002 as a member of the Diplomats (students that help guide prospective and new students), Raichell was nominated to attend the 2002 National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLF) on Defense, Intelligence and Diplomacy in Washington D.C. Raichell also fulfilled a childhood dream by making the 2002 America All-Star Dance team, where she performed at the pre-show and half-time show at the 2002 Super Bowl in New Orleans. Hobley was also invited to Italy to perform with The American All-Star Dance Team to perform for the Pope.
As a senior at The University of New Orleans, Raichell moved to New York City to intern for MTV Networks. Hobley worked as a Production intern for mtvU (MTV’s college station) which allowed her to make her first directorial debut with her piece “Rutgers Karaoke” on the Season Finale of critically acclaimed, Director Kevin Smith’s show “Sucks Less with Kevin Smith”. Hobley had fulfilled her teenage dream of being able to get a lot of “face time” on Total Request Live a.k.a TRL, Sucker Free on MTV and assisted the 1st annual mtvU Woodie Awards.
In 2008, Raichell moved back home to New Orleans where she graduated from The University of New Orleans the fall of 2010 with a degree in Film, Theatre & Communication Arts. As a member of Dillard University’s Billy Ray Hobley Scholarship Fund Committee, Raichell became motivated, ready and confident to continue her father’s Legacy with the A.S.K. Billy Ray Hobley Foundation.

Jamie Clark Director of Human Resources
Jamie M. Clark, daughter of Mike and Kerrie Clark, was born in Baton Rouge, La. Jamie is a graduate of Cabrini High School in New Orleans, La. While at Cabrini High School she was active in numerous clubs. Her senior year she won the prestigious Mother Cabrini Award. Jamie continues to serve Cabrini High as a member of the Alumnae Board. After graduation she attended Northwestern State University, located in Natchitoches, La where she was a member of the NSU Rowing team.
After college Jamie began working in the hospitality industry. She has worked with some of New Orleans best such as, Chef John Besh and The Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group. She currently runs her own business, Jamie Clark Skin Care, LLC.
Jamie is most passionate about giving back to the community and going on Mission trips. She has twice traveled to Sotuta, Yucatan, Mexico for mission work. Gone on a pilgrimage to Toronto to see Pope John Paul II during World Youth Day. When she is not busy with work and extracurricular activities, she enjoys showing others the beauty that New Orleans has to offer.

Orenta Jarreau Community Program Director
Orenta J. Jarreau, son of Ada Nelson and Donald Jarreau, was born in New Orleans, La. Orenta is a graduate of Archbishop Shaw High School in Marrero Louisiana. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Southern University in New Orleans in May 2014.
Orenta is the god son of Billy Ray Hobley and an A.S.K. Billy Ray Hobley Foundation Sports Academy Alumni; he has previously worked at the Jonathan Bender Foundation where he was a Camp Coach and Counselor coaching 6-17 year olds in basketball fundamentals. Jarreau was also a Junior Coach for the A.S.K. Billy Ray Hobley Foundation 1998 Summer Camp in Kenner, Louisiana.
Orenta is the recipient of the Archbishop Shaw Football Team, All District 2003 Position Wide Receiver. He participated in the Bayou Bowl in 2003 in the Texas vs. Louisiana High School Seniors All-Star Game and was selected as a member of the 2003 International Down and Under All-Star Football Team.

Lily A. Zepeda Communications Director
Lily Zepeda, daughter of Manuel and Olivia Zepeda, was born in Yuma, Arizona. Following her high school graduation, Lily attended the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn., and was a member of the track and field team.
Lily graduated from the Coast Guard Academy in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management and received her commission as an ensign. Following graduation Lily served on the Coast Guard Cutter Dauntless in Galveston, Texas. Lily then transitioned into law enforcement at the Tactical Law Enforcement Team – South in Miami as the deployable team leader for Law Enforcement Detachment Team 409.
Following her operational tours, Lily attended the University of Georgia and received her Master’s of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Lily is currently serving as the Public Affairs Officer of the Eighth Coast Guard District in New Orleans,LA.
